Should you need to cancel your order, please allow at minimum 24 hours prior to the delivery or pick up date. This is only possible for our regular items. If your item is custom made, we will not be able to offer a refund.

With cancellations, we will provide you with a full store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.

If you are unsatisfied with your order once it has been received and would like to seek a refund, we require that you contact us within 24 hours via email at orders@makmak.com.au. We will need you to provide us with details of why you are unsatisfied with the order and also attach any images of the order if possible. Once received, we will get back to you within 24-48 hours regarding the outcome based on our assessment of the information provided.

If the claim is eligible for a refund, it will be issued as full store credit as we do not offer cash refunds.

We always recommend to keep the macarons refrigerated; however if you are to leave it out for an event, it is fine to stay out for the entire day as long as it is away from direct sunlight. It’s not that the macarons will spoil but rather the filling will melt from the heat.
