Taro, Sweet Potato & Coconut (Bubur Cha Cha) Cake
Every Malaysian person grew up with a version of the classic dessert made with taro, sweet potato & coconut called Bubur Cha Cha.
Such an iconic flavour combo surely deserves to be made into a cake and so we did!
The cake is a moist coconut butter cake with layers of sweet potato ganache that is enrobed in a taro and salted coconut buttercream.
It serves 8 regular slices or 12 small slices.
